Founded in 2015 under the vision of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and continuing under the guidance of Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai, Sri Sathya Sai Vidyanilayam International School (SSSV) is a values-based educational institution serving children from the most underserved upcountry plantation communities in Talawakelle, Sri Lanka. As part of the One World One Family Mission’s broader humanitarian efforts, the school provides 100% free, holistic, values-based education.
Established with the vision of providing free, holistic, and quality education, the school nurtures students academically, morally, emotionally, and spiritually. Our approach integrates modern education with universal human values, helping children grow into responsible, compassionate, and confident individuals.
At SSSV, students receive education in a caring and inclusive environment that encourages excellence in learning, character, and service. In addition to academic development, the school places strong emphasis on discipline, leadership, cultural awareness, physical well-being, and community responsibility.
The school offers multilingual learning opportunities in English, Tamil, Sinhala, German, and French, preparing students to engage meaningfully with both local and global communities. Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba
We are inspired by the life and message of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, an advocate of values-based education. He founded educational institutions that combined academic excellence with spiritual understanding, providing free education to all students, regardless of background.
His pioneering work in education is a striking example of what can be accomplished when an inspired individual is passionately committed to children’s holistic development and societal well-being. Through Sri Sathya Sai Vidyanilayam International School, we hope to impart this priceless gift of holistic, values-based education to future generations, fostering people who are not only intellectually gifted but also kind, accountable, and service-oriented.
Our Founder
Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai
Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai is an ardent disciple of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and a visionary humanitarian and spiritual leader. Since 2012, he has been leading a global mission dedicated to transforming lives through the three pillars of education, healthcare, and nutrition.
Guided by the timeless philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam: the world is one family, his humanitarian initiatives serve people across more than 100 countries, including India, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Fiji, and the United States. The mission provides all services completely free of charge, transcending barriers of nationality, religion, caste, and social status, and is driven solely by compassion and selfless service.
Under his guidance, institutions such as Sri Sathya Sai Vidyanilayam International School continue the legacy of values-based education, nurturing children with academic excellence, character, and a spirit of service to society.
